PodRacer

This is game for 1GAM It's a bit over scoped so it's not finished.

There is a lot of stuff started in this project I removed uncompleted parts but I plan to work on it latter. Uploading it makes me work harder and better on a next project for 1GAM. I hope I am going to revisit it someday.
